Julie Raynor is a graduate East Carolina University School of Nursing , and has been a licensed real estate broker since 1997.  She has a multitude of knowledge in the real estate industry and brings 14 years of experience in marketing and selling real estate to our team.  Julie and her husband Adam own an operate Angier Paint a local interior design and flooring store with 2 locations in Harnett County.  They also operate Raynor Builders one of the areas top preferred contracting firms in the residential construction.  Growing up in the residential building and industry has giving her many advantages over her competition in the real estate auction world. 

 Bradley Stancil is a third generation contractor, and has been around the construction industry his entire life. After graduating from Campbell University with his Bachelor Degree of Business in 2001, he began following in his father and grandfathers footsteps to become one of the areas premier contractors.  He has been a realtor since 2010, and has a background in developing for residential and commercial projects.  With many networks in place he has the ability make most any project simple and easy to the sellers and the buyers, regardless of size or complexity.
